Live Enhancer for YouTube does not collect, sell or share personal data, and sends nothing to the developer or to third parties.
What the extension handles, and where
On www.youtube.com the extension reads the state of the page and of the video player: whether theater mode is on and the chat is open, the video ID, the delay to live, the buffered video, and playback events such as pause and seek. It uses them to lay out the page, to switch the chat to all messages and to adjust the playback speed of live streams. This happens only in your browser, in memory. None of it is saved or sent anywhere.
Your settings, such as the chat width or the top speed for catching up, are saved in Chrome's storage (chrome.storage.sync). If Chrome sync is on, Chrome syncs them across your devices through your Google account, like other browser settings. The developer has no access to them.
The extension makes no network requests of its own, contains no analytics or tracking, and runs on no site other than www.youtube.com.
If any of this changes, the developer will update the policy, and the extension will tell you before it handles any new data.
